Break from the semester for state testing (what a joke!.. really sad: Same people who appointed State Energy ERCOT commission appointed the testing gurus and Education Commissioner over our State Testing) the whole system crashed during mandated testing causing ten's of thousands of Texas students to crash their written exam. Tears and frustration through out the state.

Anyway, we took a quick trip to Golden Nugget to give me a break and also played at Coushatta. To say our luck has been cold... it almost matches the "big Texas freeze". So we had a spring warm-up.

At Coushatta, I started early catching a multiple small denomination (2¢ and 5¢) Royal including 2 almost back to back on 5¢ and then finally a 25¢ royal on multi-hands.
No luck at GN the next night but we played our last $200 and Sweet C caught this "Lady's Best Friend" Diamond royal and I worked my bankroll up to $1K with multiple hits switching from 25¢ to 50¢ and then finally to $ multi-hand.

Looks like things are looking up. You guys stay safe and well.

Thanks,,amazing how a couple of wins can make you excited to go back....

Only 4 more weeks until the semester is over. This double load this semester (to help out a friend) at my age is really a challenge. The 100+ mile round trip to my campuses is becoming a killer. Drive an hour, sit and observe 4-6 hours a day and drive an hour back home. In May we can make another trip and start working on our tier points for 2023. Most enjoyable two hours of drive time of the month is heading to the casino. Have this year covered until Feb. 2022.
