And next time please ask me before you do the Mr. Spock Vulcan Mind-Meld.
I'd be glad to do that, if only I knew what you're talking about.
Watch a television episode of Star Trek. Or just google.

And I guess the joke I was going to make about the Vulcan Nerve Pinch would have flew like a lead balloon too.....

Fascinating.

I am going to ignore the Star Wars and Star Trek stuff, since I really do not have a clue as to what it all means (nor do I really care).

Our sixth casino trip since our return to action was fairly unremarkable. I was able to eke out a $400 profit, thanks to several sets of deuces (including one with ace kicker), but my wife had yet another negative day, at minus $800. Combined, though, we remain significantly ahead at this point.

It looks like our next casino ventures will be south of the soon to be reopened border at Senecas Niagara and Allegheny. The main purpose of the upcoming trip is to visit our daughter and family who we haven't seen in close to two years, in Maryland, but we will be stopping in at those two Senecas on the way south, and at Niagara on the way back. Hopefully, our good fortune will continue!

Ditto! Enjoy the up coming trips and visits to family. I remember visiting a casino either in Maryland. Or ? Forget now on the way to my parents who at the time were spending 6 months of the year at the family farm in Southwest Virginia. Maybe the casino will be near where you will visit.

Well, our first casino experience south of the border wasn't nearly as productive as what we've managed so far here in Ontario.

First, on our way south, we stopped at Seneca Niagara for lunch, and an hour and a half or so of play on our favourite machines there, 5 line 50c, bonus poker. Alas, we didn't do very well, as I dropped $1000, and my wife did nearly as bad, at minus $800.

Then, it was on to Seneca Allegheny, where we stayed overnight. After a nice dinner there, we did play an hour or so of 25c single line deuces joker poker where I lost an additional $50, while my wife was down $100. One notable moment during that play was my being dealt three deuces and the joker, giving me a 1/48 shot at the 10,000 credit jackpot, but it was not to be.

On our way back home, we stayed at Seneca Niagara for two nights. Again, we played 5 line 50c bonus poker. I did much, much better this time, up $1700 on the first day thanks to a remarkable number of straight flushes and quad aces, and a royal, and up again the second day, at plus $900. Unfortunately, my wife's unlucky results continued, and she dropped an additional $2400. Oh well, we all know that you can't win all the time.

If all goes well, we will be heading to Harrahs Lake Tahoe next week to utilize the Caesars Entertainment Seven Stars retreat we earned in 2019. We plan a five night stay there, followed by two nights in Reno, at the El Dorado. Hopefully, nothing on the covid situation will happen to mess this up for us.

Enjoy the stories. When I went to my sisters wedding in Sonoma back in the mid-1990s, we stayed at Harrah’s Tahoe a couple of nights and enjoyed it very much I think the drive from Sonoma was about three hours and 15 minutes or so. Back then I was still playing craps besides video poker and they had a dollar craps table which was great. If I remember I got one nickel royal flush on that trip and I think I ended up being about evenGlad you guys are enjoying yourselves if you make your way out to Mohegan and or Foxwods we will make sure to try to catch up and if there are others who want to go we might be able to have a little mini meet and greet

Do yourself a favor and visit Atlantis or the Peppermill in Reno and find some decent pay tables. Do like the suites at the Eldorado though! Good luck

Dorado and Silver Legacy are the best Caesars properties for pay tables afaik, so for me it would come down to slot club benefits. Mondays and Wednesdays are 7x reward credits for Seven Stars.

Atlantis and Peppermill benefits are somewhat mysterious to me, but I've heard both clubs can be tight on comps if you only play good games.
