What would you do?

Asking for opinions regarding comps:

Living in Vegas, I have several options on where I play. In the last five months, I've been frequenting (once a week) a particular property. After a couple of visits, I received $300 weekly in free play for the next month. After that, it was upped to $500 weekly for the next two months.
Then, my newest offer (always comes via email) shows in the subject line of the email: $200 weekly.
But, clicking on the link in that email, which takes me to my rewards account, it shows $500 weekly with dates through November.

What I did: contacted my host. I forwarded the email to the host, who said they'd send to marketing.
Now: silence.

I DID play less in the past month, but no one has explained the discrepancy (yet).

Would you just give up, don't pursue it, and just take the lower amount, despite the rewards account showing a different amount (which is similar to the past 2 months offers)

There may have been fine print somewhere saying offers can be changed any time they want. That seems to be a both written and unwritten way of operation with casinos anyway. I have had my on line account change right before my eyes as I was making comp room reservations. In other words, after I made a few reservations, the rest of the offers on the on ine calendar disappeared.
I always choose of my three choices near me the casino with the best pay tables. I factor in the free play as it relates to my average coin in with the pay tables to see which offer is better. If it is very close, I see which one has better room offers, other benefits, and my commute differences. So far over the years, my decision has to be to go with one of the three casinos. Once in a blue moon, a visit to the others to see if things have changed. One funny thing, I have shown my annual coin in to management at both of the other casinos. Neither seemed to care much about the nearly 2,000,000 coin in given to theit competition. The only change one made was to extend my status with them, but I think that was due to National Covid issues.
Probably another consideration would be which casino just makes you feel better snd want to go there. That may even be the most important question of all. I probably would not confront them again at this point. They may be waiting to see if your play level is going to go back up.

I'm not sure the paytables should be a big factor here. Running $100 through a 97% game should produce better results than $75 through a 100% game.

I would go and take whatever you get when you insert your card/redeem the promotion. All else is time wasted.
