Actually, I notice now that both kickers are Aces so I clarify my "aceless" term to mean no quad aces. And without them (or any kicker), the $8000 haul would only have been $2200. I have been very fortunate lately on getting the kicker.

I had seven 4oak this trip- about expected, (3) 7s, Ks, 2s, 2s/k, 4s/k.

Nice outing TT. You'll nail the AWAK over T-day. Book it.

I heartily endorse the check option! No mess, no stress. You can bank it electronically for immediate gratification. It’s a windfall vacation!

A short trip last night to print my cruise certificate! One day only for next year sailing. More on that later...
Secondary objective- to collect the Aces with a kicker that's been on backorder. Arrived around 5pm and checked into 15th floor Laguna tower (previously known as Marina tower, much as the old Harbor tower is now renamed Coastal. Not sure why the changes, I thought the old names were fine. Bayview, Waterfront and Atrium status quo.) Snagged an open 5 Star machine by chance and quickly lost 500. Less than 10 minutes had passed. Deposited another $200 and played on that for over an hour and a half accumulating 1600 TC.
In that time I hit five dealt straights, four dealt flushes and three dealt full houses. I also hit Queens, Eights and Tens:

Then I corralled them Aces, unfortunately lacking the kicker. Got a check FAA!

Played my $155 free play, earning an additional hundred then squandered it in short order. Lost another 900 in the next couple hours. Took a break to see if I could weasel into the 7 stars lounge. When they checked my card, I was 31 TC short- the play for latest deposit hadn't updated. They let me in anyway and I had a pastrami sandwich, glass of milk and an after snack Cointreau on rocks. Enter Diamond Cove, where others fear to tread. Hit two quad 8's before getting a nice dealt hand:

Fours for 1K, along with a card so sh*tty I don't remember what it was. Quickly traded it in for an Ace and another 2K. Played for another 45 minutes or so but sorry Ted- no AWAK to be found. Had to leave just after 11pm.

Quads tamed for my 6 hours work: 10's (dealt), 8's, Q's, A's, 8's, 8's, 4's(dealt)/A. Racked up 19,000 RC ($190) and 3762 TC. After taxes still a +500 day. I'll take it. Surely down for the year, but closing the gap.

No AWAK but congrats on an overall good day. I picked up my cruise cert a few weeks ago. I got an offer yesterday for a Caesars Rewards Visa that comes with an offer of 2,500 tier credits with first purchase and 2,500 tier credits after spending $1k within the first 90 days.

The offer also said that CET Rewards Gold Members would automatically be upgraded to Platinum when they make their first purchase within 90 days.

The interesting thing about the offer is that there is no time to say yes to the offer so if I hold off until 2024 I could use the 5,000 tier credits toward tier status.

Congratulations. Bad Cove memories, but humming along for you for at least 3 of those 6 hours on a Sat night. My day would have ended after the first sentence, earning me a week long depression. Somehow you chose to damn the torpedoes and redeposit for a stunning 90 minutes play on $200! Those 1600 TCs are a nice stand alone windfall. A quad an hour is my goal for a break even day. You surpassed that for the +$500. I pat myself on the back for half that. 3762 TCs at no cost is a dream. They normally run me a buck each. That check will look very nice on a bank statement.

Your Cointreau on rocks reminds me of how much I enjoyed Chambord. I must get back to that lifestyle. BTW, the Cosmopolitan Chambord has both.

No wonder you rake in so many TCs. The pay tables are inferior to Caesars easily visible machines, as I discovered first hand. Play there, maneuver to break even and watch your total rise. Nice plan.
