I think he's got a LOT more winning to do before anything comes about. They probably did take a look-see to find out how he did the 10 trips since the last 3 or 4 and are probably satisfied he's just on a good spell. They're satisfied because they figure he will get acclimated to fairly large hits and come back for more because it truly is fun to hit them and revel in the success. So then, he has the profits and some nice comps...but unless he is on the stretch of a lifetime, he will eventually give a lot if not most of it back. That's what they're hoping for anyway. Once in a while they come up against someone who wins at an alarming rate until they stop playing...then in a lapse of judgement they yank the machine and lose the revenue stream of the in-the-know players who have substantial bankroll and would only fund the few machines worth playing.

Then there is the fact that his recent success is not all at one venue- or even the same city- which is the best outcome a "threatening" player can ask for.

Go get 'em Theo the threat!

TT - Yep. My hits at Harrah's Joliet were all not on the same machine, so no real worries there. I am mostly loyal to the CET properties and this has stretched back almost 30 years.

The feel good story from this past Sunday was that there was a little old lady who came up in a wheelchair (being pushed by her grand daughter I assume) and she sat at the machine right next to me and started playing single line .25 denom DDB. Once she was seated her grand daughter (I assume) walked away. The little old lady feeds a 20 dollar bill into the machine and loses the entire 20 dollars. She then leaves this particular machine and I don't see her for a little while. I see her again at a different bank of machines and I decided to go up to her and put a 100 dollar bill into her machine. Right as I was walking up to do this she hits a royal for 1k. I felt so happy for her and congratulated her on her food fortune.

Thanks all.

Thanks CBK.

I've already capped the 5X tier credit multiplier for Harrah's that they had running on each Sunday in March so it's time for me to back off for a while. I don't play at Horseshoe - Hammond so I never get any offers for there and I just can't tolerate the cigarette smoke in the place. They either have the world's worst air filtration system or I am the only one who doesn't smoke when I did go in there. I might go to Four Winds sometime in April, maybe get one of their very nice hotel rooms one Saturday night.

Ditto, Ditto, and more Ditto, keep em guessing and floating around. By the way, 22 years ago when I used to play at Foxwoods, they yanked a machine I hit for 5k twice on a DDS machine a month apart. 2 Dealt Royals. Even Mohegan pulled a fast one on me when they shutdown for a few months because of Covid. They probably remember and I certainly do because I won exactly 18,000 bucks twice on different machines just about 12 hours apart. My favorite nearly 99 percent 800 for bet one dollar machine that I hit one of the wins on was totally changed when they re opened after Covid. Not only was the 800 for bet one gone, but to get paid correctly, they jacked up the amount to a 15 buck bet per hand. Like an idiot, when they reopened, I went back to the machine, started playing and chatting with a vp friend and in five minutes hit a puny underfunded Royal. My own fault. I tried to question several suits on if it was their intent to do that and of course they said……I know nothing just like Sgt Schultz. Their loss. I never played it again and I was behind a chunk on it anyway. Now it sits idle collecting dust most of the time. Again keep em guessing Ted…Ropa dope ropa dope ropa dope.

Congrats Ted. Special Kudos for wanted to give a little to the older, wheelchair bound lady. Much more impressive than the VVP hits.

So my plan A for today was simple; go to Harrah's Joliet to knock out recent freeplay and bounce back cash with small ball. After that didn't pan out, plan B was to play with a loss limit of $500.00. Plan B was executed to perfection and I walked out an hour later very happy. I didn't feel like a long session today.
