Tunica - Christmas Weekend.

Did you hit any jackpots? Did you get a great comp? We all want to know!

BTW: I could have left after earning 5,000 credits and I'm glad I stuck around because the last 2 jackpots came after I was over 5,000 tier credits earned.

No. To me, playing on MY terms means not getting sucked into a casino just because of a trinket give-away (i.e. $10.00 gas card and an additional $10.00 gas card for each 25 tier credits earned, up to a maximum of 5 $10.00 gas cards, etc.). MY terms mean playing when I want to play, not when the casino WANTS me to play. I will take advantage of a 5X tier credit multiplier if it fits into MY schedule of when I want to play. I don't like the casino trying to force me to play.
.

I agree with the casino forcing one to play. I often thought about doing the same stop play on card. Gas cards 3 times a month, xtra free play 3-4 times a month, free gift 4 times a month, other free play promos and no 2 on the same days. Your coming and going daily. If one is a local works out but for me it's 45 min drive one way. I tried to get the wife to move closer but no go.

Congratulations. Just cranking out a $4,000 coin in day is heavy lifting for me. No pain, no gain.

Thanks. The night started out quick, I got up 1,200 real fast and then I lost that and started on a downward slide. I hit the first AWAKs and that put me in a better mood. The dealt straight flush on ACJP really put me in a good mood. The royal was a complete surprise and I broke up a pair of jacks to go for the royal, to my benefit in the end. I went to play some Buffalo and actually made a hundred bucks. Sat at a different machine and hit the second AWAKs and quad 2's on it. I also hit aces without a kicker twice, quad 4's on 2 hands without a kicker once, and several single straight flushes on ACJP. I did see another guy hit for 6k, AWAK on DDB with a 12X multiplier on Hot Roll. The place was jumping when I first got there at 11:30 pm.

I told a woman who was playing next to me about this website, she had no clue about it. I pointed to the Videopoker.com logo on her machine and she said she'd check it out. It amazes me how many video poker players who I run across don't know about this site. Oh well...

Awesome. Way to keep the Attendants busy...days like that don't happen often, so enjoy it. And they only happen if you keep playing after the first hit.

Fifty bucks a hand will get you that bonus quick.

Thanks TT.

I was talking with the woman playing next to me and when I hit the 2nd jackpot and I said that some people would have left the machine after the first jackpot because they were convinced that after hitting once, the machine wouldn't hit again. She said she found those people to be not so wise.

Guilty as charged. Hitting big would definitely chase me out of the casino. It's just personal preference. I'd rather take the money and run. Luck is a fleeting state, your results notwithstanding.

Plan for Sunday - Knock out freeplay and take advantage of 5X tier credit multiplier at Harrah's Joliet. Then:
Harrahs Joliet 3-12-23 #1.jpg
Harrahs Joliet 3-12-23 #2.jpg
And earn 1,300 tier credits before multiplier, out of there in 1 hour.

Good plan.
