The cold streak has been long and arduous. It is easy to get down when you lose even when you are playing right and playing the high pay games. This weekend the tide began to change but, strange how the tide changed. Started out down from $100 to $6.00. Changed machines to play single hand multi-denomination machine - 5¢ SDDB to kill time until family met for supper. Four quick quads later moved to 10¢ and the run continued to $118 when it was time for the buffet. After dinner back to the 10¢ more quads and then moved up to 25¢. Moving between Bonus, SDDB, and DDB hit 4 Kings/A kicker on SDDB and hit Aces once each on DDB and Bonus. Moved to $ and played steady from $200 to $400 and back for two hours. Finally, cashed out up $200. Put $40 back in and played one credit $1/hand SDB. I know never play one credit. Hit back to back trips so immediately moved to full play $5/hand. Next hand dealt 2 Aces and hit the 4 Aces for $800. Two minutes later lights in the casino got out. I figure the machine got so hot it blew a fuse and knocked out the lights.    

Called it a night. Today, played multi-hand 5¢ played SDB for several hours and was dealt quad 7's on 50 hands. Cashed out $1,000. Played four more hours funding myself and Ms. LL and came home up $1,300.

Ms. LL even got in the act Saturday night. Called her to come play the multi-denom next to me because it was really giving out hits. She hits RF on 10¢ for a quick $400.

The streak is over! Long live the new streak!

WHOO HOO!!! Congratulations LL and Mrs. LL.  Maybe your good luck will  be a new trend for all of us!  Sure is more fun playing when you take a little back home!

I had my 3  month cold streak end when the calendar changed to 2010. It's been good ever since. Hopefully, you can stay hot as long as I have.

I haven`t had much luck during this year ( 2010 ). I went to Borgata on Thursday. We were staying til  Sunday. Thursday and Friday I couldn`t find a good machine. I couldn`t buy a card unless I went to The gift shop and purchased the whole deck. Saturday I decided to play 3-card poker on the tables. Fortunately I played for 6 hours and was able to get 2 straight flushes ( pays 50 to 1 ) and a 3 of a kind ( 30 to 1 ) with a $10 bet on each spot. This helped replenished my losses. Sunday on the way home I stopped in at Harrah`s in Chester Pa. The video poker progressive that I like to play was at $1195. I sat down and started playing Deuces Wild. The 4th hand I hit the 4 deuces for $250. Kept on playing but the Deuces Wild game died so I change to Bonus Deuces Wild, but not much winning hands on that game either. Change game to Aces / Faces . Hit several 4 of a kinds and then was dealt QJ10 hearts J spades . Don`t remember what the 5th card was. Held the hearts and A`s and K of hearts popped up.
My 1st Royal for this year @ $1198.
