Sat. 18:
Golden Nugget
Decided late to make a trip over Saturday night instead of Sunday since we had $175 in free play on Saturday only (which can only be played on slots). Our strategy was to extend the $175 if possible and downloaded $60 into a high limits $5 slot. Played 12 hands and cashed out the remainder and repeated the same thing twice more and with hits cashed out $185. We split that out and began playing VP. On the way over I told Sweet C I was due Deuces w/Ace.
Playing DDB I stood up and told Sweet C i'd caught the 2's but not the ace when this hand was dealt.

Later we moved over to Coushatta to meet up with one of our daughters. Sweet C texted me with a picture of a Royal on 10¢, then "I got it" with this wonderful 3 Deuces/Ace.

Sunday, July 19: Coushatta
I caught a 5¢ RF and then at 2:39 caught this one.

Like many times I went cold on my timing and switched to 50/1 to change up and you know it held two and caught another RF for $250. Then it all went south. Changed machines, games, but couldn't catch anything else.
Finally took a RR break and started at it again. The next 9 minutes were the most incredible 9 minutes of VP I every had.

Texted a picture to Candy and the girls. Cashed out. Put in more $ and Five hands later....OMG

Just sat there for a minute and then texted again the second RF pic. Played a couple of hands and switched to DWB. Then the third hit in less than 9 minutes hit. To say I was in shock is an understatement.

Cashed out the second ticket...hoping "machine malfunction" didn't pop on the screen. Played another 30-40 hands and still shaking had to get up and went to talk to Sweet C.

Played through a couple of small tickets, had dinner and then I went up to the room to rest. Sweet C kept playing. A short time later she texted up an apology. Since we were playing on my card this hand created a dilemma since it went to her. She now had a "G" but no daily play.

I came back down and played on Sweet C's card to help build up her daily point play. Just before we went up for the night she finished off our Royal Day with this nice one.

Whichever gambling spirit is smiling on us we appreciate it. But, man the IRS is going to really love us.
