The good news is The Hall of Lost Tribes or as I prefer to call it The Hall of Lost Dollars has partially reopened. They are still working on the live poker area, but at least I have a smoke free area to play in now. They actually dragged out a 2 cent Super Times pay machine, one of my old DDS quarter machines, my 800 for bet one quarter machine, and 2 yes only 2 Game King 99.54 quarter machines. The bad news is the vp is jammed in with new and extremely noisy fancy penny machines which attract the female screamers. Guess I will have to beeak out my shooting range ear plugs. At least I can play now and the screaming is still better than the smoke any day. I will update as renovations progress in other areas. The turtle dome area in the Sky casino is open too, but so much smoke flows into there from the table players they might as well call it the wish it were really smoke free area. There are still 3 99.54 quarter games there. I’m way overdue for a Royal again and as a result my last few sessions have all been losers even with hitting quad deuces in all of them. As usual, I was ahead at some point. The boneless wings and Peroni beer on tap at the Bow and Arrow bar have added some enjoyment to make up for the losses. Of course the times the Mrs. goes with me so much the better. This morning just before going home and playing regular deuces wild, I hit 4 Aces 3 times in 20 minutes one with kicker and all were without deuces. That unfortunately, happens a lot to me with deuces and job too.

I hear they have full pay pickem for quarters at the bar ,just put in.99.9531 % its on v p free.

I find I enjoy going to the casino much more when I go with my wife or a friend. Playing by myself makes me concentrate too much on my daily results, which causes me to make bad decisions. I do much better without the pressure of winning or losing.

I know what you mean by screaming players. Lately it seems the casinos always move the best VP games where it's the most annoying place to play. In Black Hawk, they are behind the craps tables. Talk about screaming!! Have you ever played next to a bunch of foreign players who shout on every hand? They make more casino noise than anyone on the planet. At least they are having a good time.

Yes.....I hate to talk like this, but the foreigners also let their kids run around screaming too and they are hardly watching them at all. They also always walk on the wrong side of the walkways in the casinos, are usually the worst smokers, and think nothing of getting right in your space. Ap......Could u post what the full pay pickem paytable should be. I dont remmember seeing them, but since I dont play pickem they could be there. My first guess would be I doubt it. They do have some new quarter bar maxhines with 9 /7 bonus. In general, vp is disappearing fast.

Thanks i couldn’t find any good quarter ones last trip, but i didnt get to the wind casino which is slowly being converted to villas. Some of the pickem is even worse than 98 at the quarter level. I hope they think all of this BS they are doing to the casino is worth it. They are only if they are lucky going to get 20percent of what i gave them last year and 5 percent of the year before

Some trips now i go and don’t play at all now except for the free play. Of course they hate that
