I only have problems on this one hand. Maybe once a trip. Not enough of a big deal to boycott the casino, but it is annoying. On 3RF/4F, new hand would have given me a flush 99% of the time if only I hadn’t gone for the gusto. It’s the damnedest thing. What can I say? You don’t have to be angry and have such indignation and vitriol. I take it in stride nowadays.
I'm confused. The way you described it you also "always" got two additional hearts when holding the 3RF, which is to say you also got a flush for that hold. Something about your example isn't adding up.

When you play video poker, you assume the games are fair. You must have faith that the casino is not out to cheat you intentionally or unintentionally. I have never had any reason to doubt the fairness of any video poker game until that experience in AC. That night we lost that faith. The only choice the casino gave us was to leave and go somewhere else.

We have no proof of what we witnessed. I do not know if anything that happened that night was recorded. I would think it was. If the casino manager had responded with a reasonable explanation, we would have accepted it. So far, we have not been contacted by the casino or their representatives. Unless they do, there is nothing left to discuss.

I brought FP AC issues up with a few fellow regular players and all of us agreed that we have NEVER encountered anything like he mentioned. Most if not all have been playing longer and at a way higher volume then me, [ one player actually earns over 2 million tier credits a year ].

Casinos don't employ anyone smart enough to rig machines. If, and that's a big IF, a machine is rigged, it happens in the manufacturing stage.

I won’t use the R word. I just know that I’ve become uncomfortable pursuing the 3RF RF. But hey, it’s once a trip; I’ll live. Can’t wait for hand pay story. I probably suffer two HPs plus losses before blessed event.

You do understand that drawing one of the remaining cards of your RF suit is not exactly a monumental long shot? There are ten cards in the remaining deck of that suit (nine, if you discarded one), and there is greater than a 30% chance you will draw at least one of that suit in your two card draw.
