Lots of uninformed (substitute "stupid") comments here ....
Like about Illinois casinos closing. Yep, but WHOM was responsible for that decision? Not the casino, nor the gaming commission.
Like, oh, "the Vegas Strip is going to shut down"
WHOM is going to do that?
People need to get educated before blathering.
Must embrace the liberal media, too
So what's your point? Illinois casinos are closing effective midnight Sunday night. Indiana casinos the same. All Illinois restaurants, bars and nightclubs were ordered closed for 2 weeks by the Governor.

Where is the misinformation here?

Another poster said "it is RUMORED that Las Vegas casinos will be closing." It was just reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal (LVRJ) that all Wynn casinos may close.

Where is the misinformation here?
He has no point TED the stupidity is in his inane, lame-brain criticism of people sharing valid info.
The "WHOM" is beyond his comprehension.
Let the troll alone.

I am just hopeful that videopoker.com remains open during this pandemic.

It's too bad posters are offended because they post misinformation and then get defensive.
Look up the definition of "valid". Oho, can't put that word next to "info" in this forum.

I won't bother to cut and paste the specific posts from this thread containing claims that somehow the Gaming Commission or casinos are responsible for the closings in Illinois, for example. **And rumors are just that. Rumors.
If you can't read, I can't help.
Perhaps these posters might continue to buy 300 rolls of toilet paper. Pl.ease.

These are not rumors Doug. Wynn has announced a closure and MGM has now joined.

Nobody said that the Illinois casinos were closing under an order from the Gaming Commission, they were closed under order from the Governor of the State of Illinois.

I have 6 rolls of Charmin in my closet from the 12 pack I bought 3 weeks ago.

Illinois casinos will close for two weeks starting Monday.
And for the next 2 weeks this will push gamblers to every bar, restaurant, truck stop and VFW in the state that has video gaming.
Indiana too; is also closing all of their casinos for 2 weeks beginning Monday. People in the Midwest are quickly running out of options.
i do not understand why atlantic city gaming houses are open, yet other casinos are closes up shop either for weeks or perm, did atlantic city pay off some rich gov body? or are they a country within a country? special treatment much?
Gaming commission inaction. Considering how people on the forum bemoan them here, I'm far from surprised.

RUMOR is the Vegas strip will close soon.

See you later today pokerpokerpoker!
Teddy, Here you go, helping out you and the other agitated poster who thinks "valid info" is posted.

Like anything else on the internet, consider the source, ha ha.

Meanwhile, it's hilarious, the genuine concern for what will people do now, if casinos close. Oh my. Maybe get a job? Stop whining? Stop buying 300 rolls of toilet paper? Fear mongering is a special gift of the liberals.
People already playing the victim, no money saved up in case of job loss . . .

Oh, and since restaurants and churches in Illinois closing as of tomorrow, I guess the same uniquely "informed" posters here will claim the gaming commission did that.
Please, go buy more toilet paper .....your time is better spent there. LOL
Nyc eaterys are not closing, too much power greed and money involved nope the bars must remain open
nyc and nj gaming houses seem to have some type of un-seen force that permits them not to close?
again must be the $$$
