How close is your casino to even or better play?

Is your casino giving yu at least a chance of staying even or better with perfect play? Mine is for now, but as busines gets better, they are slowly going in the wrong direction. Mohegan Sun offers 99.54 JOB in quarters, halves, or dollar play. I haven’t checked the higher limit machines. They have 3 ways to get free play, but in any given day, you will be lucky to be able to take advantage of two of them.
If you can get there on triple status point days, usually a couple of times a month and are one of the higher card holders like Ascend or Soar, at least for me it works out roughly this way.....Run about 7,000 through the machine. That will give me 100 in achievement award free play plus my usual 20 per day. That will make my total return long term as 101.25 percent. Sometimes, to get the extra 20, I have to start before midnight of the prior gaming day, but play the bulk of the 7,000 coin in on the following triple status point day which would start at 6AM. Of course less than perfect pay, or playing inferior paytable machines like I do sometimes will negate the long term 101.25 return.

Vegas has always offered 100% opportunities, although current conditions are unusually difficult. I can give many examples of small edges around 0.5% not including food or hotel comps.

Nearly all Vegas slot clubs award points redeemable for same-day cash or slot play. South Point and M Resort are 0.3% with occasional 2x multiplier days. Stations and Boyd casinos are 0.5% on 10x multiplier days. I think Four Queens and Binion's have the highest base rate at 0.3125% (plus 0.625% comp dollars). I don't know who has the highest nationwide. The Mesquite (NV) Gaming properties are 0.4% per vpfree2.

I think East Coast clubs are more reliant on bounceback which may not accumulate at a predictable rate. Your 1.7% (for 7k c-i) is offered in consideration of your play history. But what would happen if you exclusively played JoB? Maybe they would cut your offers. What about if you played Pickem?

I find Pickem to be more volatile than it appears, but I like that it can be played for dollars ($5 bet) with almost never a w2g. The royal pays $6000, but cycle is over 350k.

It’s hit and miss. An interesting and highly relevant question that we must all keep tabs on. You actually prompted me to run the numbers. Today at Harrah’s, I had a 97.8% day after an hour on $2,260 coin in on 99.1% BP. It would have hit 100% if not for late short play. My limited Bally’s and Caesars results were pretty strong as well. But I’ve had loss spirals kill me. Never stay at any one machine for long! NFL: Not For Long!

I will have to borrow that one. Especially since the drop the knee gang got going, For the most part, I erased NFL from memory. I like the new Acronym. I have to remember to do it.

I know I have said it before and u said u dont like pickem but they still have full pay pickem 99.9531% according to VPfree and u also confirmed this a while ago.as bob dancer said ,full pay pickem with any slot club promos at all gives the player the advantage ! EZ to learn perfect strategy as well. I was kicked out of moh sun and was never allowed to return ! I had a soar card and had substainial free play on the card which I lost , in the thousands which i never should have allowed to accumulate ! oh well i also can be an idiot at times !!

Why would MS ban such a great customer? They must dream of marks like yourself!

Just a guess and that is AP business. Could have been a teamwork issue. They in general don’t like that. The same machine gets played by the team 24/7 until they nail it.
I have tried pickem several times. Just a mental thing. Just don’t care for the game. There are I think 3 of those dollar machines left and almost always occupied. They are in the midst of the highest traffic area of the casino. Due to Covid, I avoid that area. I find a quiet spot away from people late at night. I get tired of having a nose hanger outer plopping down 2 machines over and I have to either flag an employee to take care of it or call security. More often than not they are the coughers, sneezers, or very congested from years of smoking. I don’t wish them ill, just get away from and stay away from me and wear the damn mask correctly.

Caesars high traffic JOB area is such a drag. Waitresses in and out of their station. Annoying regulars. Covid seating makes it a bit more bearable. I’d rather just leave for Harrah’s most of the time, though.

Funny how some of the nice regulars have disappeared since Covid. The characters are still there for the most part. Most don’t play the hours I do. One got hit with a 5,000 bill for putting his fist through the machine. That was a couple of years ago. I don’t think they banned him because he is back. May have paid the bill. Don’t know. I was also thrilled to see a couple of wacko ultra high rollers get banned for refusing to wear a mask. Glad to see they didn’t show favoritism in that regard.
