Only been playing about 15 minutes. Just missed the deuces, but I’m thrilled to catch the wild Royal. Starting over with the clone at bet 5.

Not even BYOU(tensils) is foolproof if they already put them atop the food. Time for a hand pay and weekend of surf and turf. Leave the cold cuts, take the cold cash, Quad Father.

Just caught this. The clone was at base level. I don’t know what will happen but I’m going to try and get to 2400 credits which will leave me at +500 bucks

You’ll probably hit a bruising cooler for about an hour. But that BR can ride out a night in an igloo. Eventually, you shall again emerge victorious.

Maybe next time. Loss of discipline. Switched to dollars and didn’t drop back to quarters. Ended down a couple hundred. I had 4 shots at quad deuces if the last card would have been a 2. ,With a 5 buck bet it would have paid 4 grand. 8 grand if the Ace kicker was with it. . Shoulda!!! Woulda!!!

Oh no. That's a cautionary tale. If dollars aren't rewarding, by all means program your way out. You have the remote at your control. My Horrors busts would be because dollars are all that was available on the damn menu, either on the floor or in the cursed Cove. I was entirely too stubborn to walk out of a casino that I never should have patronized to begin with given its lack of options. The ironic near misses are of course a programmer's shrewd way of keeping us seated and ultimately defeated. "Thrilled to get the wild RF." Not thrilled enough to walk -$85. You poured gas on the fire. Bail to fail.

My former best friend now deceased and a brilliant Scientist and inventor also loved casino and especially sports betting gambling. He told me more than once about the psychology of the gambler.......We aren’t really happy until we lose.

Wow, you said the quiet part out loud.

There's a lot of truth in that statement, not referring to you specifically but gamblers in general.

I hope that phase is somehow behind me. When the casino actually provides all the gears, use them. Pilots and ship captains should be great gamblers because their judgment and discipline are so magnificent. We go on tilt, then feel miserable about it.

The reason is losing gives us new anticipation on finding ways to beat the house or at least survive in it. Winning big just increases the urge to return hoping against hope that the pattern will continue unabated.
Here is the usual pattern.... win....take a day off to relax and play catch up at home. Look on line for the latest offers and freebies. Juggle your schedule so you can return and hopefully repeat the last trip ASAP.
Lose.....take a day off to relax and play catchup at home. Review the latest offers. Think about what you did wrong on your last trip or somehow blame the casino for your loss. Start studying ways to improve and not repeat your last outing, replentish funds if needed, adjust your schedule so you can return again ASAP.
You would think a degree in psychology would help change these patterns. Ha!!!! Anyway, I hope we are all enjoying ourselves as we continue down this winding road. 😊
