Ugh. Playing one line at Spin Poker is torture. Look at all those potential Straight flushes. Sometimes I play one line of $5 Bonus on the Spin, because it is the only 8/5 around, and I really try not to look at the other lines. I have spied some doozies though - the other day all the aces standing proud on the bottom line.

Yep. Torture for sure, but I have slowly learned to stick to 5 or six consecutive losses on Joker Kings before going up a quarter. I started these games at the quarter level. There are only 2 machines in the casino and spin poker is the only option where I can get 940 for bet one on quarters for the Royal and have the flexibility I need. This machine was horrible at the quarter level. I ended up quitting 100 ahead. No Royal. No 5 of a kind. No Wild Royal. I was very lucky to be ahead at all. I had a ton of losing hands at the quarter level. 98.44 game. Speaking of shoulda, woulda, could’a, at one point in April I was ahead 4,500 bucks. Now less than 100 ahead. My last session will be Sunday night and probably a small one.

April has certainly been a disastrous financial month.

Had an overnight with the Mrs Tuesday nite. They gave us a huge beautiful Sky Suite on an upper floor. I continued my slump coming back a bit, but the quad deuces and Royals continued to elude my. Lost about 400. There is of course never ending reason I call this place Bizarro World. After playing and on the way to the room, I found a .25 cent voucher somebody had discarded. I stuck in a bar-top machine and was dealt 2 deuces. Of course up popped the other 2. In 9 hours of play, betting up to 20 quarters with the clone, I couldn’t hit squat.
The Mrs continued to beat up on of all things 7/5 DDB machines on nickels and Nickel Ultimate X. She hit a couple of 10x quads, Aces a couple of times, low number quads with kickers etc. Then she sits down for 2 minutes an a Stinking Rich machine and gets a bonus worth 123 bucks. Good for her.
Welcome to Bizarro World…….pics may be coming if she remembers to sent to me. Another solo outing planned for me Thursday nite. Regular room. All I need anyway. Will report back if anything good and or bad happens. If nothing else, looking forward to a couple of late night Amstel Lites, and if discipline in the Lounge fails, an awesome chocolate chip Cannoli they always have there.

Another member may slam you for picking up the voucher in the first place. I’m above such pettiness. I recently saw a $4,700 SR jackpot hit upon seating. Have at it. That should cover about five busts.

People leave small vouchers all over the place. Many times on or near trash cans or on top of the cash out machines. I have never had a problem and usually find a few every trip. Most times I add them to tips at Dunkin or Starbucks. This time it was worth a quick 50 bucks.
