Yes at Mohegan. Funny thing is none were 99 percent machines. Sky casino. Below the former high limit area that they already converted to a mindless penny machine area. It is directly across from the players club. Near the cabaret theater. In that general area, there are 4 or 5 99 percent machines left in that area and a couple at the bar maybe 50 feet away. Thats it for that part of sky. There are a couple left under the turtle done as well and one left at the circular bar near the turtle dome. They pulled the rest of the 99 ones at that bar and put in crappy paytable ones like 95-96 range. Eventually there will be no serious vp players left at Mohegan. Most have left already. There are a few left in Earth and a few 99 machines but not many. They never re opened the bar machines in the poker room. As far as I know, they have left the few pickem dollar nachines alone for the moment. One would think they would review how much serious vp players actually leave there. Most of the ones I know including myself leave 20,000-100,000 bucks a year there each. Mainly because of discipline failure. That goes for almost everybody

Bitter cold, ice cold stories. We haven't even seen our 2021 won/loss statements yet. This is as sad a reckoning as I can imagine. CET really exacerbates my own discipline failure by failing to provide sorely needed multidenom machines. My next trip will be Borgata bound. I simply must cut my losses in half, which play at halves with a bet five max structure allows for. It's a more fun venue, it's less expensive, it's a no brainer. It goes without saying that I will no play Harrah's during free room stay. Tier Credit based. Hit 5,000, they provide one, fwiw.

Overnight with the Mrs coming up tomorrow night. I think I will have the Mrs hold my ATM card. Last 2 trips and 10,000 hands were void of quad deuces. Of course no Royals. Budget trip for sure. Those are the ones I seem to hit the tough hands on. Of course also much less likely to have a hand pay or multiple hand pays. Covid shy play so will be playing overnight. No lounge. Probably get takeout. Stay away from people. Masks of course. Our best family friend just got Covid from his grandson who brought it home from school. He’s not doing that well and is fully vaccinated and boostered. The little one was too young for same. He’s doing fine.

I thought the last trip was bad. 1,700 hands or so and four quads. I still just about busted. At this rate, I will need three RFs to cover my annual losses. This pattern must cease ASAP. Definitely undergoing budget reeducation. Borgata play only, $2.50 max bets. Let the cards fall where they may. I'm holding down the damn loss if it kills me. $2,000 would be my best outcome, and that will more than absolve me of the prior two trips of aggressive play. Of course, I will probably break even.

Last nights trip continues budget busting. 1/3 the normal amount. Mrs. had the Atm card. She lost too. Not even any medium level hands hit. Crowds were sparse. Covid concerns. We are leaving now. No play today at all. The govt issued n95 masks were so uncomfortable and hot I had to toss it aFter 2 hours and go back to surgical paper mask. Hard to breathe, sweats your face, leaves sore marks on bridge of nose, can’t even exhale properly all of the co2. By the way, I just heard on 880 an radio 250,000 of them were just recalled in NY. Didn’t catch all of the detail

So this appears to be a -$350 trip, about the size of my latest fiasco. I hope that there is some positive outcome to balance the books soon. I am pretty frustrated, but the game is too much fun to quit until I hit.

It was yet another washout. I cannot chase losses for eleven months. I need a positive February to partially offset my lousy results. Go conservative, stay off the dollar disaster track, the third rail of VP. You will never be properly bankrolled. Nothing good comes of it 90% of the time. 5% of the time is break even and maybe 5% is a winning session. One of them better be a RF, of course.

Tonight was supposed to be a grab and leave trip. I did grab the free programable bread maker for the Mrs., but also tried a little multi line and Multidenominational play. Two hours later we packed it in and I left a trail of losses to the tune of 200 bucks

$200 for a programmable bread maker. That is how my late wife would view your trip. :)
