Off to Nevada

Post by onemoretry »

Aside from a trip to Las Vegas early in the year, and one junket to Laughlin, we have not played much video poker at all, this year.

We are about to change that, with a multi casino Nevada trip, starting tomorrow with a flight to Las Vegas.

First, we will stay 5 nights at the Four Queens, in downtown Las Vegas. Then, comes a long drive to Reno for a 5 night stay at The El Dorado.

Then, it's another long drive to Jackpot, Nevada, for a three night stay at Cactus Petes.

And, finally, another long drive back to Las Vegas, for 6 nights at The D in downtown Vegas before flying home.

I hope our bankroll holds up!

Did you write up your last trip?

I tried looking, but I'm incompatible with the search feature here.

Best of luck to you both OMT. Las Vegas temps will be in the low to mid-90's the next 5 days with a low chance for rain.

I have been in Vegas for the last week and will be heading home Saturday. Perhaps our planes will pass.

We're trying something new, and flying from Hamilton on Swoop Airlines. So, perhaps, we will, indeed, swoop by you.

LOL...I also flew from Hamilton. My flight did not arrive until 12:30 am Sunday. There was a strong wind that caught our plane as we landed. It actually bounced us back into the air for a brief few seconds. The landing was by far the hardest I have ever experienced and I have flown maybe 140 flights.

Swoop is ok but they run late a lot. Cheap flight but baggage is expensive. Also cost my parking at Hamilton airport cost 163 dollars for 8 days.. I had to pay an extra day because we were late.

Have fun OMT.
