Sorry I've been away for awhile, I put video poker on the back burner for awhile after my last Laughlin trip.. last week I was finally back in Laughlin on a free flight. On my second day I was delt a flush, however I also had 4 to the royal.. if you remember me from earlier this year I was asking tons of questions about bankroll and charter flights, during that time I was doing as much research as I could about misplayed hands and getting to the WHY some hands are held in certain situations.. there is a YouTube video with Linda Boyd where she talks about letting go of the made hand and going for the royal. Without knowing the math I trusted her (and my WinPoker app). Low and behold my royal was completed and I literally flipped out. I am mainly a quarter player who has lost many 100$ buy ins straight to zero with no hope.. this trip I was doing dollars only and hit my first 4,000 . Started with 3k left with 6k...

Congrats! I hit one the other day, but was playing nickels (10 handed). It was nice, but that payout on quarters is soooooo much better.

100 free pay in less than 1000 hands. That does sound way too high. Were you playing 25 dollar poker?

I did go from silver to emerald card during my last trip. That must have given it some kind of boost

That will definitely make a difference.  Our casino reevaluates your status on a six month basis.  This moves me in and out of Elite status.  When I jump to Elite, my free play and offers double.   I have also noticed a significant increase in free play if I hit a royal or have a good day.  They want their money back....

They can have it back every other month for me XD. Can't wait to get back out there
