Frozen Screen

I have been a gold member since 2005. On here almost everyday playing VP. The problem that I'm having right now is my screen is frozen and I can't get back to to playing any games. The only thing that shows up is chat, which I have no interest in. No mater where I click on I can't get back to playing any games? I have written to support and also sent a screen shot, so far no answer back. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
