100 Play Wheel - credits not consistently updated?

I'm posting this in the hopes that someone else may have noticed this oddity with this game.

At least for me, the total credits earned are not always updated on each hand. I've reported this to tech support before but they could not duplicate it. It seems to begin after 2 or more 4K are hit. And, although technically impossible, it sometimes shows total credits ending in odd numbers, e.g. 1, 9.
Eventually, the credits DO get updated correctly. But, until that happens, it's very disconcerting to see the same number through multiple hands (10+).

Win10, 19043.1348.
FF, 94.01 - with and without add-ons.

Something is definitely preventing your score area from updating. Probably locking up during the roll-up for some reason. Did you try another browser to see if the same occurs there?

If anyone else reports the same problem it will definitely help narrow it down. So far not able to see this here in firefox.

My problem with this game is the speed. It plays sooooooooooo slow. 15 minutes to play one 50 hand round. Where is the turbo button like regular 100 play? I will not play it any more.

Yet another problem with this game: the number in the win-credits box (bottom left of game screen) is Definitely not being calculated correctly. It is physically impossible to win 119 credits on any hand.

I'd love to know what casinos have this game on their floor. Gaming commissions might like to see this.

Looks like there is still a bug in your credit display. I'm sure the total credits are adding correctly but something is preventing that area from updating still.

Can you try clearing your browser cache for me? I'll open a ticket to have this looked into and fixed.

credits are not being updated consistently - 21011????. clearing cache has no effect.

Apr-15-22: The game is still not correct. It produces odd numbers & doesn't update consistently.

I double-click the draw button (to eliminate the wait time). Could that be causing the issue?

That is probably a factor, yes. Thank you for mentioning that.

We'll run some more tests on Firefox while using that feature.

I noticed my lifetime points aren't being updated correctly too. How can it be x,xxx,xxx,357? It's been stuck there for a while too. I mean how can I achieve a number not ending in 0 or 5?
