Looks like the best plays are accurate. There are 211 exceptions to the Strategy Calculator that these examples fall into. If I'm interpreting the Analysis correctly, following the Basic Strategy reduces payback by 0.03% as opposed to playing perfectly. For some reason the tool doesn't rank flush penalty and straight penalties in its basic strategy output (frustrating). This was clear when I also ran it for 9/6/4000 JOB.

0.03% due to errors is not catastrophic. And you can probably play faster with a more streamlined strategy.
You also have the problem of adjusting strategy as the progressive goes up.
Just in case you missed it, Wizard of Odds also has a hand analyzer. Usually a hand analyzer will be perfectly accurate, whereas a strategy generator may trade away accuracy in exchange for simplicity.
