How to properly cook a Prime Rib
Make sure your rib is at room temperature, this is very important. Pre heat oven to 500*. Rub rib with olive oil, season with garlic salt and black pepper. Multiply weight of rib by 5. Example 7lbs x 5 = 35. Place rib in oven for 35 minutes, turn oven off. Don’t open door for 2 hours. Perfection.

It’s easier getting it at a restaurant, or a Casino’s Loyalty Lounge.
Every time I visit AC’s MGM Borgata I visit their player’s lounge Amphora. They have the best Prime Rib. Last year we went for a week in August. I had Prime Rib just about every night. Delish.
Note: MGM Borgata’s Amphora is only open to Gold, Platinum, and Noir members. Admittance costs $12.50 in Comp money per person, per entry.

Sure, it's easier that way. But, does a person get the same satisfaction as when they cook it with their own two hands? Did you have winning sessions each day, just about, that you enjoyed the delish Prime Rib at Amphora Lounge? If not, how much did you lose and did you add those losses into the overall cost of the Amphora Prime Rib? How about parking? Gas to the casino? Tips to the Amphora staff? Tips to the hotel staff? The costs can go on.Koren55 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 13, 2024 12:35 pmIt’s easier getting it at a restaurant, or a Casino’s Loyalty Lounge.

So, what was the REAL cost of the delish Amphora Prime Rib?

The real cost of a comp room is enough to make you want to cut or discard your player card.

I already did that, but like a starfish, it keeps growing back.
