Hard Rock and Resorts questions

I was thinking about doing a tier match at Hard Rock. Ocean preferred will get you legend and free parking. Do you pay going in or out of self parking? About how many single line quarter VP do they have? As for Resorts, are all the quarter 8/5 bonus poker machines gone? Do they have 7/5? Thanks.
