Jeez! I can hardly believe it - another pretty good day at the Four Queens. Five sessions of play, 25c single line JOB -$80, 50 line 5c deuces wild bonus +$500, 25c bonus poker +$90, 50 line 5c deuces wild bonus even, and 50 line 5c deuces wild bonus +$500.
That final session was quite remarkable in that it appeared I was heading for a $500 or so loss - nothing much good was happening, and then it turned around. Three times in about 20 minutes or so I was dealt three deuces. Each of the first two times I hit 2 sets of regular deuces and one set of deuces with ace. The third time I hit 7 sets of deuces!
My wife was more or less even for the day, so a pretty nice team plus, overall.
Off to Nevada

Great day. The key is no offset loss by wifr. Generally hard to pull off both even or ahead.

Yea, my wife may be the unluckiest video poker player ever and I always stake her play. Not complaining, she is my poker partner, and it gets us out of the house for a good time!

Friday was very much an up and down day for me. Playing the normal 50 line 5c deuces wild bonus game, I was quickly down $400 before things picked up. Over the next hour or so I gained that back, plus another $600. And then, unfortunately, came one of those monster downward slides that do occur in multiline games. I finished the session down $100.
Remarkable, considering my success the day before hitting quad deuces, in approximately 50,000 total hands in this session, I hit deuces only three times. (The game does kind of get you back at times). In fact, I had almost as many royals (2), as quad deuces.
My wife was also down a bit for the day ($200) - so it was a double negative for us.

All in all, down a cumulative $300.00 for the day is not bad, you've had it pretty good out there so far.

Well, our final day of play at the Four Queens wasn't a great one. Apparently, the deuces left before we did, and it was another "dearth of deuces" day. I dropped $300, and my wife, $400.
We did cash in our points when we left for a total of a bit over $800. I haven't done all the arithmetic, so I'm not sure exactly we ended up there, but I'm pretty sure we were in the black.
We are now at Rampart, where we've never played before - fingers crossed!
