Any thoughts on the best combination of pay tables and comps in Reno? I am very established i Vegas but thinking of branching out.

If you only play the best games, Reno is probably not as good as it looks.
Atlantis and Peppermill have similar setups. Machines have a variety of earn rates, with full-pay vp typically the slowest. Comps only, convertible to slot play at half off. The two properties are only about a mile apart.
Western Village is Peppermill's sister property at the Sparks Marina. It has a more regular slate of promotions, but no airport shuttle, and the hotel is basic. The adjacent Legends Bay casino has no hotel, and mediocre games.
Nugget casino resort in downtown Sparks has mediocre games.
Grand Sierra is linked to Sahara Las Vegas. Afaik, the only good games are single line. Not much value from promos. Multiplier days are tier-based.
In downtown Reno, the Row has good games and mediocre promos. Some of the full-pay earns at $20 per point instead of 10. Hotel comps are easy afaik. If you play there, you'll likely generate self-comps available through the online calendar. You may already have self-comps if you've played anywhere else in the empire.
J Resort is a short walk west. Mediocre games, and I didn't see much value in the slot club.
