What am I missing about Wild, Wild Poker? I've been playing Video Poker for a very long time, and this is the first time I don't understand the gist of the game. When the wild cards appear, what card are added to the draw decks? Help me out.

The name of the game is "Wild! Wild! Wild! Poker"".
I played here for a while. Got two Wild!s on the deal and still didn't get a quad. Have yet to get all three on the deal...
I'm guessing that it's too new to be in casinos yet.

I don’t get this game. The way I think it works is that when the “Wild” comes up it means that 1 - 3 wild cards are added to the deck. It’s just very confusing and I’d like to have more clarification.

If you were always dealt from a 55-card deck with 3 wild cards, you would get all 3 wild cards dealt about 1 time in 2623.5 hands, less than once every 4 hours at a modest rate of 600 hands per hour.TripleTriple wrote: ↑Mon Jun 10, 2024 3:50 pmThe name of the game is "Wild! Wild! Wild! Poker"".

In the Triple Double Bonus game, you are only getting the 55-card deck about 4% of the time, so it will now take over 100 hours on average to get dealt 3 wilds, 1 hand in 65,587.5.
Your best chances of getting dealt 3 wilds in this game will come with Jacks or Better or the Deuces Wild games at once in a little less than 22 hours, 1 hand in 13,117.5. The 55-card deck comes up much more often in those games, so you get a better chance. Of course, quads don't pay as much with those games, which allows for the higher frequency of trios of wilds.

It may be best to divide the explanation into two parts, the deal and the draw. First the deal:The Shortstop wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 7:57 pmI don’t get this game. There is an icon to the right of the dealt hand that says "Wild! Feature Eligible" when a Max Bet has been made. At the top of icon are 3 rectangular items symbolizing cards with "Wild! Wild! Wild!" written on them.
You are correct in decoding that "Wild" coming up means that there are 1 - 3 wild cards, but you can actually determine exactly the number of Wild Cards that are in the deck for each hand as soon as it is dealt and before you need to decide which dealt cards that you will keep and which you will discard.
The 3 cards in the icon change color from White to Yellow to indicate the number of wild cards in the deck:
if there is 1 wild card, the middle card turns yellow;
if there are 2 wild cards, the two end cards turn yellow;
if there are 3 wild cards, all 3 cards turn yellow;
if there are no wild cards, all the cards in the icon remain white.
This may be difficult to see on a phone.
However, words appear below the icon to tell you how many wilds are in the deck. When there are any wild cards on the deal, the words on the icon change from "Wild! Feature Eligible" to "Wild! Feature Initiated." And a line is added at the bottom of the icon saying, "1 WILD AWARDED!", "2 WILDS AWARDED!", or "3 WILDS AWARDED!".
And there are also card symbols that appear on each of the extra hands showing one, two, or three cards. If you play a few hands, you will see what I mean.
Now, the draw. Just because there are wild cards awarded in the deck, it does not mean that any of the wild cards are in the 5 cards that you are dealt to start the hand. So, if 1 wild is awarded, you will only have that wild dealt 5 times out of 53 deals, about 9.4% of the time. However, if it is not dealt, you still have a chance to get it, with the chances increasing depending upon how many new cards you are drawing.
With two wilds in the deck, you will have a deck of 54 cards, and you could be dealt 0 wilds (82.2% of the time), 1 wild (17.1% of the time), or 2 wilds (0.7% of the time). Any wild cards not dealt remain in the stock available to be drawn after any cards are discarded.
And with 3 wilds, you have a 55-card deck and can be dealt 0 (74.7% of the time), 1 (23.3% of the time), 2 (1.9% of the time), or 3 wilds (0.04% of the time).
Unlike most wild card games, the payoff for a Royal Flush is NOT reduced if some of the cards making up the Royal are wild. And there are payoffs (not available in most non-wild games) for Five of a Kind final hands.
Good luck, or if this game is not your "cup of tea," go ahead and avoid it.
