Re: FAA and the City
The Feral cat that made her way to my yard 35 years ago I fed and she brought all of her 3 kittens to me one by one. The mother was a beautiful Angora, but she disappeared shortly after leaving her kittens with me. I may have an old pic in my phone. Of course we dropped a couple of grand at the vet and adopted them all. . Oh well. Better than the casino. Ah ha. Found the pic of a pic. Here they are.

same thing happened to me olds.pepper refused to be caught and spayed so of course she got pregnant with 3 females.after 4 weeks she was tired of being a mama and gave them to us and let herself get caught and spayed so she wouldn't go through that again.we kept the kittens, had them spayed and they became indoor cats.pepper never wanted to come in and lived on our deck in a doghouse we bought for her.still have 2 of the kittens, they're going to be 15 this year.

One of the infamous Feral Cats that live in and around and under the AC boardwalks?

Appearances can be deceiving. But it seemed quite docile and content.

WTG Doris!! Ours are long gone, but I still have the dog house on my deck where a Feral cat or 2 would spend a day or 2 visiting. A couple that became comfortable with us I took to our Vet to have them spayed or neutered on our dime. I must say the vet was more than fair with us because he knew our intentions. He just retired. I wish we still had him although we are in between kitties right now.

I applaud both of you olds and doris for taking care of these creatures who made their way into your yards, and lives, well done! A long time ago I had an out of doors cat, Felix, one who wans't feral but simply preferred to live outside right from the time he was about 4 months old.

The Orange Loop is AC’s emerging foodie strip on Tennessee Avenue. I enjoyed quality comfort food, blissful rigatoni and meatball sliders at Rhythm and Spirits. Just under the happy hour cutoff at $5 each. Four TVs over the bar draw one from the decor, over the top eyesore loud for the older crowd. Bathroom door doubles as a casino deterrent.
