Good Morning Webman
For several days with each draw of the cards the screen lighting dims. Even more frustrating is that in the middle of play my game will reload.
I’m not sure if the problem is on my end or not but it seems as though the problem started soon after the newest Apple update that I downloaded on my iPad.
Initially I deleted and upload the VP site but the issue continues.
Any suggestions?

I can't think of any changes on our end that would have caused this.
Which version of iOS are you running now?
Are you using the default Safari web browser, Chrome, or another browser app?

I am having the same issue; using my ipad, version 15.1. It’s not a big deal but strange!

I too am having the page reload in the middle of games. It happens 2-3 times on average in a keno contest session and also during a poker session. Seems to have started after the latest IOS update.

BTW, the game reloads are happening on an IPad, using both Chrome and Safari.

Definitely seems to be related to iOS 15.1. I am hoping 15.2 fixes this issue as we have been unable to locate any errors on our end that would cause the redirect/reload.

I’m afraid Apple didn’t fix it with the upgrade but it seemed to be better; only happened once while playing all the monthly sessions.

For the first time I got an error message with the contest interruption: “A problem repeatedly occurred on https://www.videopoker.com/contests/go/? c=5624 Does this help at all?

We have had that error message reported by one other user, and unfortunately there is no indication of "what" problem "repeatedly occurred." We haven't been able to duplicate it here yet, but we are trying to figure it out so we can prevent it if possible. Thank you for posting it, please let us know if any other details or patterns emerge as to when a redirect occurs.
