Like 100 Play wheel, Poppin' Multipliers isn't updating credits

Not sure what the heck is happening but, yet again, credits aren't being updated.
see attached. 118 credits even though I won 215 on this hand alone?
And, it's impossible to have credits that aren't multiples of 5.

Thanks, it is likely the same issue with your browser as with 100 wheel. It's scoring correctly, the credits display is just getting stuck on the roll-up. Should be easier to track down this time.

25119 credits??? It's still broken. I can't trust the amount in credits.
If it was a browser issue, why does it Only happen on these 2 games?
I've tried it in safe mode (all add-ons disabled) and it still updates erratically.

These two games both use an updated engine to accommodate some of the graphics. What's more odd is that you seem to be the only one experiencing it over several months. Clearly not a plugin since you ran it in safe mode as well. Possibly a browser setting... or graphics card? It's hard to say. I will check with the team here to see what other ideas there are.

The easiest advice is to use another browser such as Chrome and see if that works.

In firefox, you can try disabling hardware acceleration as well.

1) Go to Settings
2) in the search box at the top, type "hardware"
3) Uncheck "Use recommended performance settings"
4) Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available"
5) Completely close and restart Firefox for the new setting to be applied

Should that fail, you can also check if there is an update for your graphics card display driver.

Turning off hw acceleration did nothing. The game still won't update credits properly.

Have current graphics driver.
Now the credits box is updating correctly but the win box isn't. It's impossible to be 11.

Am I missing some lib to make this accurately add????

Should I hold off on renewing my silver membership until it's solved?

I'm really not sure at this point. Nobody else has reported having this issue recently and we haven't been able to reproduce it here in Firefox on any machines. Do you have another web browser you can try?
