Websters definition of the word veer, as a noun:
veer
noun
: a change in course or direction.
I suggest that a new thread be started here that forum members can post threads that have absolutely no connection what so ever to any given forum thread they may have the urge to post which would cause the original forum topic to VEER off from its intended topic.
For example, I'll start it off: Viva Las Vegas thread, RIP Tropicana Las Vegas, I say;
Wow! Jitney prices in Atlantic City are going up.

I like Oreos. I wasn't going to post that anywhere but veered off course and ended up in this thread.

My parents were on a budget and always bought Hydrox cookies. Not quite as good as Oreos. Believe it or not Hydrox has been around since 1908. We were just grateful to have cookies at all. Of course mom made the best ones
