strategy chart in wolf video poker

I  bought wolf video poker and no matter what I do I can't get it out of the basic strategy mode .it changes. then when I click done to go back to play the game it is right back to basic any help would be nice I have went to all the different places where you can change it but it will not stay

From the main menu, select Games, and then select Change Games. Pick a game and select OK. When the New Session dialog box appears, look in the lower left hand corner. If the white space has Basic Chart in it, click on the Change button that is below Basic Chart, and select Penalty Chart. Then select Change and then Done in the lower right hand corner.

I have did that ,but it will change there and then when I go to game it still says basic it changes the game but not chart. any other sugestions would also  be helpful thank you
