No, you can only get one achievement for Top Score. You need to earn other achievement types (contest placement, forum post, etc) in order to get a star.

I JUST GOT 3 Royals in a row. April Fools'. Ha Ha
but one time at the casino I got a royal on a machine and while waiting for attendant played next machine and got another royal. that's 2 in a row for real.

Nice when that happens. Once in Las Vegas (back in the coin dropper days, 1999) I was playing a dollar denomination single line DDB at Harrahs and I hit aces without a kicker. This caused a hopper payout and the hopper ran out of coins. While the attendant was filling the hopper I jumped to the machine next to it and while the attendant was still filling the hopper on the other machine I got dealt 4 aces and drew the kicker for 2k right in front of the attendant.
