Hey I am learning alot about resort fees at Las Vegas casinos. I gather they would be higher if not for being subsidized by revenue from fracking.

Just saw an ad for Gilley's at Treasure Island on tv. Anyone know how it is? Can't get out to Vegas for now, but plan someday soon.

Before this discussion got sidetracked, I found on the fine print of my everyday (no joke) offers from CET that Diamond and 7* members do not pay resort fees.

 i believe there is pending litigation in a nevada court over 'hidden' resort fees.

some guy is suing venetian/palazzo for 5 million bucks because he was not told about the resort fees when he made his reservation.

There is a big difference between compensatory and punitive damages. I was recently notified that I was part of a class action suit regarding airport fees for rental cars at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas. I think they said I would be entitled to a certificate good for 1 day's car rental from Enterprise. That is; if I sign up to be a plaintiff in the class action. Pass.....
