the contradictions of so many people and the flawed circular logic used by both defenders of smoking and anti smoking persons, its extremely annoying and dumb.

tobacco use and addiction (to the nicotine in tobacco) has been and is the most preventable form of death and disease possibly in human history. vape and vaping is an excellent example of harm reduction and containment, because it eliminates the second hand unfiltered smoke inhaled by nonsmokers and is betterfor our environment. any nicotine addict who insists on their so-called right to smoke/indulge their addiction and says too bad, or "tough crap" to nonsmokers who demand their rights not to have to inhale 2nd handsmoke, is a very selfish and willfully ignorant person. but these days, willful ignorance and selfishness are ok, just look to our so-called leaders at congress and the buffoon in our white ho use!

i do not advocate nor do i utilize marijuana recreational products but im also tired of the same flawed alarmist views many express on what marijuana does, and what can or will happen with legalizing nonmedical recreation pot. first marijuana is far less harmful and toxic than alcohol and by that i mean abuse of excessive intake of alcohol. second, worry about legalizing pot suddenly causing more people to drive while high is really dumb. if a person is already dumb enough to get behind a wheel while incapacitated by pot, then the issue is with people...try using that thinking or logic with guns and gun laws! my right to own my gun is legitimized by the same principles as my right to smoke pot if such an urge overtook me (which it has not but that's not my point). pot legalization itself is not going to jack up incidents of driving while high, it already happens with people who are going to do it anyway! you likewise cant take my own gun and associated rights away because others dont use or respect theirs responsibly, or worse because other people *might* use guns criminally

when will vape for marijuana be available? does anyone know of casinos in colorado that permit pot smoking on premises?

Mostly agree AR. With one exception.
The man in the White House is neither a buffoon or a politician.
He is a businessman trying to run the country a totally different way.
For the people, of the people, and by the people.
Instead of, for the politicians,of the politicians, and by the politicians.
Which is exactly why the swamp creatures, have used their create-a-crime offense to try to take him out!!
Several states like MI. IND. WIS. and others have elected businessmen as governors, with great results.
But the snakes and alligators in Washington have made swamp-draining a real challenge.

Wanted to be open minded but after the bafoon comment - I won't read the complete post. Clearly your mind is clouded by the left's rants and not by second hand smoke. Our POTUS is doing everything within his power to expose the wrong doings of the "politicians" that serve to line their own pockets (and their families pockets). It's satisfying and entertaining to watch them squirm.

Trump lost by 2.5 million votes in 2016. Wonder how many million he will lose by in 2020?

Under the constitution, it is winning a majority in electoral college, not the popular vote that counts. Candidates campaigns are based on this fact. The reason was to prevent one region or large state from controlling the presidency. 2016 exemplified this in that Trump lost the popular vote in California by more than 4 million. He didn't campaign there because he knew the outcome there was a foregone conclusion. I'm wondering How many voters in California did not vote because there was no real contest. So Trump actually won the popular vote if you exclude California. Who knows what the nationwide popular vote would have been without the Electoral College.

Since 1824 when the popular vote was first tabulated, there have been five United States presidential elections in which the winner lost the popular vote including George W, Bush in 2000. Trump was not the first.

BTW, what does this have to do with Non-Smoking?

One man, one vote. Except in U.S. presidential elections. It is a national election. Yet for the most part, the voters of many states have no say-so, due to Electoral College math. Slice it and dice it any way you like, Trump in 2016 and Bush in 2000 lost the election but won the presidency. Thus, your right to vote on the "one man, one vote" principle is a joke. (And before you blast me, I am a die-hard Republican who believes in individual rights.)

I promise you, if Trump had won the popular vote in 2016 but then lost the Electoral College, to this day we would still be hearing from him about how he was cheated in an unfair rigged election.

Is Ellis Island Casino now smoke-free or do they now provide smoke-free areas?

willful ignorance indeed. casinos that claim to have no smoking sections that are wide open with no barrier to the smoking section are not smoke free. it's dumb to think the smoke just stays on one side or part of the casino. either you ban smoking altogether or close it off sonehow. everything else is just kidding yourself.

i dont care if anyone reads or doesnt read a post of mine. nothing convinces me more im right or on the right track than seeing people get so hostile simply because you call it like it is.
this president is the most incompetent corrupt cruel immoral unethical vain man ever to occupy the white house. trump only cares about trump. he doesn't care about anything else except his image. its insane the way people have forsaken everything they ever held sacred and have staked their reputations and conscience on this con man fraud. i ask people do you honestly realize youre defending someone who five times dodged military service? you mean he couldn't even just file or cook for a year in the army? multiple bankruptcies, multiple marriages, countless mistresses, porn stars. no tax returns. golfing all the time on the public taxpayers dime. no loyalty at all to anyone except himself.

someone mentioned making politicians squirm? who? all hes done is divide, no leadership no accomplishments nothing. you swallowed the con. hes not draining the swamp hes trying to own it and develop it.
