Last month, my sister and I took a charter flight to Reno. We went to Eldorado to play video poker. It was our first time there. My sister sat at a $1 machine. On her third hand, she hit Four Aces. She was thrilled to have won $800 - she thought. She hadn’t realized that she was sitting at a machine where hitting the “Max” button meant you were playing $25 a hand! Consequently, her Four Aces actually paid $4,000!! Needless to say, she was in shock. I sat at the machine next to her while she was waiting to be paid. After the attendants left, she still had $25 credit in her machine. She decided she may as well play it all. Her first hand was a high pair so she got her money back. The next hand was trips, so she then had $75. On the third hand, she hit Four Aces AGAIN!! She won $8,000 in about ten minutes. It was a great trip!!
