Contest Rules

Please carefully review the following rules and instructions before entering the contests:

1. Players must reach 7 Star Level to qualify for the Tourney. Additionally, players who have earned the 20 Years of Membership achievement will qualify automatically each month.

2. Players who qualify before or during ROUND ONE may join any time prior to the conclusion of ROUND ONE.

3. Play takes place in two brackets: 7 Video Poker games and 7 Keno games.

4. Players may play up to 7 sessions TOTAL each day during both ROUND ONE and ROUND TWO. Player session total includes play across both brackets. Examples: Play 4 Video Poker bracket sessions and 3 Keno bracket sessions, or 7 sessions in the Video Poker bracket only, etc.. Should a player qualify for ROUND TWO in both brackets, the player's daily session count still applies across both brackets (7 sessions per day TOTAL, not 7 sessions per bracket).

5. ROUND ONE (3 days) will begin at 6:00 am Pacific on the 24th of the month and will end at 11:59 pm on the 26th of the month.

6. ROUND TWO (2 days) will begin at 6:00 am Pacific on the 27th of the month and will end at 11:59 pm on the 28th of the month.

7. Players in the top 7 of each game in ROUND ONE will advance to ROUND TWO for a total of 49 players in each bracket. Only one entry per player in ROUND TWO per bracket. If a player has more than one top 7 spot within the same bracket in ROUND ONE, there will be no substitution and fewer than 49 players will advance to ROUND TWO. A player may qualify for ROUND TWO in both brackets.

8. ROUND TWO will consist of one game in each bracket, determined by the games with the most completed sessions in ROUND ONE. Again, qualifying players will have 7 sessions per day in ROUND TWO, playing the selected game.

9. Prizes will be awarded to the Top 7 players in each bracket at the conclusion of ROUND TWO.

10. In ROUND ONE, top scores will be determined by individual sessions. Scores are not cumulative. In ROUND TWO, only a player's best score in the round will be counted.

11. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter.

12. If you want your session to count in the contest, you must hit the Cash Out button or play all 77 deals and then wait for your score to be confirmed.

13. Only one session may be played at any given time. Beginning a new session will void any other sessions in progress.

14. Once a session has started, it will count against your allowed sessions for the day whether you complete it or not. If you leave a session without clicking the Cash Out button or playing all hands, it will not count as a submitted score. Do not navigate away from the contest page, close your browser window, or attempt to play other games until your final score has been successfully submitted. Game malfunction may result in the loss of a session and sessions cannot be replayed for any reason.

15. In order for a score to count, it must be submitted and stored successfully. Computer, Web browser, or Internet connection problems can result in lost scores, which cannot be restored. Cookies must be enabled on your browser for this Web site to operate properly.

16. If there is a tie for any prize, prizes will be awarded based on the earliest reported score. The winner will be determined by whoever registered their final score first during the contest.

17. Each individual is only permitted to participate in a contest with one account.

18. Prizes will be issued in the name of the account holder only. A first and last name are required in order to participate in a contest. First and last name are used for the issuing of prizes and are not available to the public.

19. Players must be 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States or Canada.

20. Session must be completed and score submitted by 11:59 pm Pacific on the final day of the contest.

21. At the conclusion of the contest, winners will be posted on the Web site. The Grand Prize is in USD and money will be awarded via a check. Winners entitled to a check will receive an Inbox notification at the top of the site asking you to enter or confirm your mailing address before your check can be mailed.
