Re: Horseshoe Tunica?
My wife has a crazy video poker system. If she's losing, she goes to a store and buys something.   She says she likes to get something for her money other than bad memories.

Next trip up to Ct. Phil, I will list all of the Outlet malls for you. If I forget some, my Mrs. will refresh my memory. That reminds me, my New Balance shoes have about had it after a hard life outside and at the casino. I passed a New Balance Outlet in Westbrook on the way up to Mohegan. Have to remind myself to stop there. I better make it on the way up and not on the way home in case it is one of those sessions.
You have to try out the new Skechers-Air, most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever worn and I've tried them all. Everywhere I go people ask me where I got them because they look so nice.

Thanks for the input.  My wife is not really into places with nothing to do except gamble.  We're saving our money for a trip to Black Hawk in the spring.

I would probably say this is a better idea. Horseshoe and Gold Strike are the two nicest properties in town. But without a car, you'd find it very difficult to get anywhere except those two casinos and the Tunica Roadhouse. You have to drive about 30 minutes to find anywhere worth going to that isn't a casino.
I personally like going there, but I like free beer a little too much too. And we always drive to somewhere else for at least one afternoon to break up all the casino exposure.
