Perhaps the topic should be "desperate for gambling." No one held a gun to your head and forced you to go. Lotsa places in the US that have "No smoking" casinos ya know.

Some places are giving out a lot of comps (and cash back). Others are clamping down and putting out poor pay tables. Guess which ones are the smart ones (that I will be going back to).

Some casinos don't get video poker at all. Wake up casino managers! You want my bucks right now in this economy, show me some love. I've shown it to you in the past and in the future I'll show it to the places that know what entices me. Good gambling experience, good pay tables, good offers. I'll eat dinner in your joint if the rest is better than par but otherwise I have better places to spend my time.

To keep things clear for newbies and the impressionable, Rob claims that he makes money.   I mention on a regular basis that he's been caught creating aliases and then pretending to be one of his own satisfied customers.  That should be looked at the same way as a contractor or small business inventing references to drum up business.   If he was winning what he claims to win then he wouldn't need to do that.  For that matter, he wouldn't need to be constantly after players in articles and videos to contact him for training, which he does for a fee.

The word "training" is a bad word to use, anyway.  No written materials are given to the "trainee" to cover the 99% of their play done on their own, when Rob isn't present.

oh,and you think bob dancer is his real name and not an alias, then read some of his book million dollar video poker, where he says his drivers license is a different name.
i think bob dancer made the right plays, decisions early in career and made big gains, until the casinos reacted to his playing style.
anyway people out there are having bad times and don't want to see more of us arguing on this forum.

That's cute, scorpio.  You like to give your side of things, and then shut down further discussion by calling it "arguing".   If you don't want to see contrary views posted, then stop mentioning Rob.

By your response it's clear that you didn't read my last post.  We're all here using aliases, nothing wrong with that.   As I wrote in my previous post, the difference with Rob doing it in forums is that he stands to gain financially by pretending to be one of his own satisfied customers.   That's the big difference between his using an alias in forums and everyone else.  If Bob Dancer were to be caught doing what Rob does - creating aliases on forums and then posting as one of his own satisfied customers - I'd say the same about him.
