Much appreciated for this information Mr. Dancer. The double points will sort of make their 8/5 Bonus Poker feel closer (but not quite) to playing Jacks or Better.
Then again I lost my mailers for being inactive for more than a year, thus I need to re-establish ties with Marquee Rewards again.
M Resort and Spa

An update on M Resort:
First, as of April 3rd, 2017, the hotel is charging a resort fee of about $20 per night. When the Marnell family first opened M, there was a resort fee, but that was eliminated shortly after opening. Now, Penn Gaming has brought it back.
If you are on comped stay, the fee is waived.
Second, as of a month ago, there are fewer video poker machines. There seems to be just a lot less machines, period, with much more open space and "aisles" now.
Third, on a weekend night, the casino was less busy. We noticed this twice now in the last 2 months. For a Saturday night, it was a little eerie, leaving us to wonder what is going on.
Fourth, our mailers have declined, despite maintaining our play levels. We have been staying at Main St Station, but playing at M, so it's not as if we are using the free room comps they send. But, our free play and free buffets are less each month.
Finally, ever since our Rock Star of a host moved over to MGM properties, we just don't feel "welcome" at M.
Other hosts have come and gone at M, and none of them even pretend to care we exist.
M is still a beautiful property, but Penn Gaming has slowly taken away what made that place special.

I know I saw a lot less table games back in January.
I think the acquisition of the Tropicana Las Vegas by Penn National Gaming had ramifications to what you have experienced. I think they want the M Resort to be closer to a Strip casino than a locals joint.

I have VERY found memories of a certain DreamCard machine at M,I hope it is among the survivors.

In all our years of playing at M, I have never seen a single Dream Card machine. So, I couldn't tell you if it survived the casino overhaul. Do you remember if it was near the parking lot doors, near the deli, near the center bar?
I've never played Dream Card, I tend to stay with just plain old single line V.P. Their Super Triple Play machines are fun, sometimes, too.

This website still says they have 6 of the machines...their inventory is usually pretty accurate. A poster on another forum played it last month (9/5 DDB at quarters). M has VP pretty spread out vs. other casinos.

I believe Dreamcard is near the valet entrance nearby Anthony's/Jayde restaurant and the table games.

I believe I saw Dream Card on machines near the central bar when we were there earlier this year.
I'm not sure when they rearranged the casino floor, but I like it a lot more now. It's a lot more spacious.
Something i noticed on our recent trip is that they now appear to be awarding tier points at the rate of $2 per point rather than the previous $3.

I noticed the same as well when I looked at my Marquee Rewards account online.
It does not make sense for them to get rid of machines, although they have to pay more taxes to the state for having them, each machine generate so much revenue to upkeep the property.
