My local casino is the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tampa, FL.
I hit (2008) a $8000.00 Joker Poker Royal Flush prior to the new deal with the State of Florida.
 
I won $1600.00 playing DDB in the HI Limit Room, 2009.
 
I have Bob Dancers Video Poker For Winners. I can change the level of difficulty and the results are definately obvious.
 
The SHRC is unregulated.
 
They have 2 VP machines set to Autoplay, the computer selects the hand to hold.
 
I have noticed over the last year that sometimes I can walk in and every machine I play, I always come out ahead but most of the time I can't win at all, therefore the casino can control the payout and it is not as random as everyone says.
 
Using DB VPFW and a spreadsheet, if you are not => by the 8th game cash out and try another machine.
