South Point and Rampart have very good 99%+ VP and you won't get boned on your points like you will playing FP machines at Station or Boyd casinos. I avoid the strip for playing VP, however if you are coming in from out of state, it could be beneficial to play where you are staying as someone else mentioned.

Tuscany is great place if you like Wheel, good comps and food, can also play VP in Bar- good food there and TVs

South Point is only a 10 to 15 drive from MGM.

I love to play triple double poker and South Point only has one group of 3 machines. If you like double, double they have a ton. I play at a small local casino and do pretty good. Like anything, I win like crazy and then lose for a month or so. But that's gambling for you.

Looks like no one has posted here in a while. Anyone gone anywhere recently in Vegas? Going there next week and would like to play somewhere where I might actually win some money. Thanks.
