What is this Bellagio chip?

The chip could be a possible promotion gimmick.  About 4 months or so ago we were at the Horseshoe in Shreveport and they handed out these silver poker chip type coins.  I thought at the time, big whoopie!  I am sure they have very little value.  At any rate. I still have my poker chip.
