Are casino VP machines truly random?

Just remember no VP machine utilizes a true RNG. They all are equipped with a PRNG (Pseudorandom Number Generator). BTW, where is the casino/state mentioned located?

When Mohegan Sun opened after Covid, I returned and played my favorite dollar machine. Like an idiot, I didn’t recheck the pay table. I think on day 2 I hit a Royal for 1500 instead of 4,000 with a 5 buck bet. There’s was nothing I could do but grumble. However, I immediately quit playing the machine and continued to go up the ladder telling them to check my record on coin in on that machine which sometimes was as high as 20,000 a week. I also of course alerted other players that a correct pay Royal required a 15 dollar bet and most of them walked away. After a few weeks of the machine sitting idle, I at least had some sense of consolation. About 2 and a half months later, I checked as I always do and the machine had been returned to its pre Covid pay schedule. It remains that way today and people including myself are back to playing it. Overall of course nobody is a long term winner so at least for now they are somewhat content with that. The highest payout on the machine is 98.8 so not bad. You also get paid 800 for bet one on the Royal on the game I play on that machine.

Don't know of any Indian Casinos that run class 3. Have not been in them all so could be wrong.

All Arizona casinos are class 3. The ones in California have been in are also class 3. I assume most Native American casinos mentioned in the forum are as well.

When you asked about it, did 4 slot techs come over and usher you away?

Of course blindfolded and one of the techs used their amnesia watch just like that spy did in Kingsmen to the bartender.

Has anyone ever asked if the machines on this site are class II or class III? Hmm...

Research the difference between Class 2 and Class 3 video poker machines and you will have your answer without needing to indulge in conspiracy theories.

Ted…..When they blindfolded you, did they also spin you around 3 times then point you in the direction of the slots like Bizarro does? 😂
