Thanks for the reminders, you two! lol. My guys appreciated the comped large ruben, chicken and turkey paninis from MGM's BREEZE, Red Sauce food court, with cheese, brocoli, onion relish, Thousand Island, etc. Yummy!

Marie  -  Those pininis are the best!  We like the smoked turkey/ham ones.  Sure beats the buffet at the MGM - way over priced and not good.  Greektown buffet is better @ only 9.99.

um Greektown buffet would go out of business if it weren't for my family eating there way too often. We have enjoyed PALETTE immensely at MGM when given free passes. You're right, over-priced.

There's a double up VP machine at Borgata's AC that really cracked me up! Feature : double up option: "NO Don't ask me this again!" and it works!

My Detroit area favorites were the Corn Beef sandwich at the Motor City Deli and any meal at Cache in Casino Windsor.  Second place would be the Seafood Buffet on Fridays at Motor City. It didn't hurt that they were always comped.
( Probably no longer at each place)

faygo, You would not recognize any of the Metro area Detroit casinos because of all their expansion/renovations! Windsor added 5000 seat auditorium, 100,000 sq ft convention area and 400 rooms. Cache is no longer but very nice Artists Cafe, buffet and Pronto fast food you would appreciate. MGM spent $765 million for skyscraper and pkg. Greektown added $550 million hotel plus renovations. Motor City spent $300 million for their renovations and expansion! These figures are astounding and WHERE did they ever get the $ for all their improvements? LOL, WE KNOW!

I think I spotted Windsor the Auditorium, because I paid for the Dancing Waters out front long ago.   Did you cover MGM?

Definitely! BTW Caesar's took out that marvelous multi story waterfall that was their biggest attraction for luring gamblers to their establishment.
