The past is the past and currently you still are evasive. As for the knowledge we would gain, this would be coming from? You? Remember that you once also stated that it was luck that got you the big hit and as someone else pointed out before, its really easy to play those dealt hands.

One would think it bothers you that Im the only one here who knows how to, and has, kept a big winner. Money I CURRENTLY have.
I was very lucky, yes. But are you trying to insinuate that when any of you sharpies get a like hit, it is not because of luck? Or do you make it sound like it came up because of some math theory along with a load of unequivocal skill only possessed by APs?
Thats the type of unarguable wisdom I could disperse, and with more interest than is currently in effect, on the radio show. It has been very tiring listening to oldies talking about the past. And who knows whats being made up, now that the challenges are over?

If you hit a royal in 100 hands, it's very lucky. If you hit about 10 royals in 400,000 hands, it's expected. Not that difficult a concept.
Backsider, I commend you for keeping the money and not playing it back in. But let's not pretend you did anything special to earn that money. Most people doing the same thing you did would not be in your situation. You got lucky, and that's fantastic. But it's certainly not a reason to ignore pay tables, which will matter for every player that plays the machine, win or lose. Keep it up and maybe in the short term you'll get even luckier. The odds say otherwise but it could happen. Or, keep the money and don't play ever again. Either way, best of luck to you!

do you still play at palms with 25c fpdwMe? Unless Palms sends me mailers for playing FPDW, which will take time to determine (and the royal probably means I won't get mailers for a while no matter what I play - not complaining), there's no reason for me to play there over Red Rock, which is much closer and the machines are better. Slight edge to RR for the club and when points are 2X, the FPDW qualifies (6 points for $4 instead of 3 points for $4).

Youre right Ed, I didnt do anything special to earn that money. Whats special is that I still have it. I dont really ignore paytables as much as I dont like to move around looking at them which I consider a waste of my time. I play where I land. Besides, my mobility is limited and I always go where the guys take me.
I didnt read quaddueces reply yet but Im sure he or she wouldnt know what to do with a 9/5 ddb paytable. I dont know how much you play, but for me who has played about once a month for four hours or so, a better paytable doesnt mean much. I think it only means something to the people who live at the machines, and in casino lingo, the more you play the more you lose. Not always, but no casino is in the business of giving cash away to the sharpies. In fact, they ban them. So any of these people who claim to or give the perception they win oodles all the time, do not. That especially holds true for higher rollers like B. Dancer. Cant have it both ways unless you try to slip the wool over two different sets of people.

Heck, that would be a GREAT paytable for DDB at the places that I play. It's a good thing that I do not play that much..
And I tip on hand pays to boot..

Then just think, you would have walked right past that 5play dollar game I won on, and instead settled for a 50c royal on that fpdw machne. A difference of $18,000. Just think what THAT would have done to that per hour "earnings rate" you bragged about.
