Re: IS THIS TRUE?
Daburglar I called you a liar because you lied. One example I gave was about the gaming regulations and you then said you were mistaken and you erred.
I have less than no intention of meeting up with you, ever. I am not the protector of this forum and you just get upset when someone stands up to you. When someone does stand up to you or, take an opposite position of yours, you then go on the attack with name calling and the like. I grew tired of it and I said so. Your accusation was that I lied many times.....yet you are only able to cite this one example which I clearly show is not a lie.....you have proven nothing other than that you are a coward and malicous. You are cornered and are now swinging in desperation.I accurately predicted how you would say exactly what you said above.THAT is definitely a checkmate.

How about we agree you don't care for each other and move on? Lets talk about VP and leave the rest.

Give it up DaBurglar, you will never top me and I am getting bored with sparring with you. If you: Stop picking on people and running them down just because they take a stance that differs from yours;Stop mocking Bob Dancer, Vman, and Shadowman (see above);Stop being over the top critical of video poker played everywhere other than Las Vegas;Stop running CET and other gaming corporations into the ground, if you own stock in them then you would have cause to do so as a stockholder;Stop reminding us that you went to Harvard and are a dual degree graduate;Stop all the other nonsense of using 10 dollar words and phrases that few here understand;Stop pulling me into your posts with the: I'm stalking you, etc. and stop trying to get the last word in with me, In exchange' I will: Stop correcting you when you are wrong, because I'm sure everyone else spots when you are also wrong and not just me;Stop treating you the same way a towed target was treated by the USS Missouri.

I will second, third and fourth that. And no more final digs from anyone. Just VP discussions and anything related such as Casino pros and cons.
whyaskwhy I guess I'll bite: what does writing a marker have to do with poker in a casino? I know what a marker is but can't a marker also be written for a person playing: craps, roulette, blackjack, pai-gow, or even slots and video poker? The ante bet in video poker is the number of coins in when the deal button is depressed and a person can "pass" a few hands simply by knowing that the RNG is constantly churning out hands when a person is not playing a video poker machine. I guess short of "seeing" the RNG at work doing this, we just have to take the evil casino's word for it that this process is in fact happening.
Ted regarding passing, I think what he is talking about is where everyone doesn't ante every round (such as No Limit Hold'em) and one can muck without an ante/betting depending upon table position.
I thing you guys are missing something. Video Poker has nothing to do with Texas Hold 'Em. For us old curmudgeons, the game we played was five card draw back then, and that is the basis for VP.
