No, "refresh" doesn't load game.  It shows loading 0% and never goes any further.  I've tried logging off, and relogging and it didn't help.  I've tried going directly from the link in email and also from home page link.  Doesn't seem to make a difference.  It also happens when my score is recorded and I click on play again.  I've rebooted, reloaded, and I'm out of options.  This happens if the game is the only program running or of there are others running.BTW, husband playing on different email on same computer has no problems with loading.

Do you and your husband use the same web browser on the computer?

Yes both are using Mozilla.  But, tonight it's working perfectly so maybe it was a fluke or maybe you fixed it.  Either way, thanks and thanks.

If it never happens again, I'll take credit for fixing it. Seriously though, nothing changed here on our end. That doesn't necessarily mean it was something on your system but it does mean we probably can't fix anything unless you do start having the problem again. Glad it's working for you now!
