Just get 2 dealt royals and get lucky on the other 198 deals.
I know, the odds are pretty much against any one of us...but it could happen!

What would those odds be, for the improbable to come true?

Even if you got 8 royals (32,000 total points) you would still need to do more to overtake the leader. What are the chances of getting 8 royals in 200 hands?!?!

What would those odds be, for the improbable to come true? [/QUOTE]I don't have the software to determine the probability of beating a specific score in a Triple Play Dream Card game, but I would guess that it is somewhere around 120,000 to 1 to beat the high score in any given session that was determined after 3 days in an 8-day contest here.  That's rough and assumes an even distribution of around 14,775 sessions per day.Hey, wait!  Who asked this?  Is this a trick question?  I'll bet you already knew the answer, right?Even if you got 8 royals (32,000 total points) you
would still need to do more to overtake the leader. What are the
chances of getting 8 royals in 200 hands?!?! Hey vido, it's a lot easier to get royals with the dream card.  And again triple play complicates the calculation of the answer to this question to the point that I wouldn't get any sleep if I attempted to answer it.  The odds of getting 8 royals without multiples are so high that I think we can safely say it won't happen.  It's a lot easier to get more royals if you can get dealt ones.  Here's an alternate answer and it depends on the game since different games have the Dream Card appear at different frequencies.  Getting 2 dealt royals is going to put you in position to win and getting 3 dealt royals is probably going to seal the deal.

The odds of getting 2 dealt royals in 200 deals of Deuces Wild is "only" 25,851 to 1.  You get more Dream Cards in this game.  Whereas the odds of a dealt royal on any one deal are 649,739 to 1 when there is no Dream Card, they drop to 13,535.25 to 1 when the Dream Card is present.  The odds are worst on TDB because it offers the fewest Dream Cards but this table doesn't include any dealt Quad Aces w/ kicker, which pays the same as a dealt royal. With all the sessions played, 2 dealt royals in a session is likely to happen for someone, but it will obviously take luck.  Even three is not out of the question, but it's pretty unlikely. The current leader received dealt Aces + kicker and then only 6 hands later received a dealt royal.  Put in one more quad Aces + kicker and 5400 points on the other 197 deals and there you go.Best of luck.

NEW 2...

Thanks for the interesting figures above and for taking the time to post them. I have had 2 royals, both in TDB but of course none were dealt.

Like you said, its unlikely but I'll keep playing...

Good luck to you as well.
PS.. Johnny, I hope you appreciate all the math figures NEW put together!
