contest game

This is second day in a row I can't get the game to come up. Is there a problem

I haven't had any problems playing the contests using Google Chrome on my Windows 7 machine. I tried it using Internet Explorer which has recently been upgraded to 11.0 and after the advertisement I'm stuck at a blue screen that says "Preparing Contest Game..." and nothing happens.
