Achievements for Tournament of Champions

I qualified for the 2013 Tournament of Champions and also finished in the top 50, but did not get the achievement awards.  Does last years tournament count towards the achievement awards?

  If I were a betting man I would say that it doesn't count.

No, previous year's qualifications are not eligible. We did however award the achievement for TOC winner to the few people who accomplished that task.
