I was just wondering which one do people think pay off better, I can't decide. A few of my best games have been deuces wild, but I think overall Jacks or Better is better for the long haul. Would like to know what others think!
Personally, I prefer deuces wild, with its "mini jackpot", to jacks or better. But, I will ignore that preference if the deuces wild pay table is significantly inferior to the jacks or better one. So, if we're comparing full pay jacks or better (99.54%) to airport deuces (98.91%), I would play the jacks or better.
If one of the better deuces wild games was available, i.e., 100.76%, 99.96%, 99.73%, it would be an obvious decision for me to play the deuces game. The 99.42% deuces game would probably do it for me, as well, but I've yet to see that pay table in a casino.
Thanks for answering, in casinos do they show that pay table somewhere? The 99.54% or whatever it is. I don't remember ever seeing what they actually pay, but it's been 3 years now since I have been to Vegas.
spiderjan webmans tip is dead on. The learn section of this web site is your friend. The casinos are not. Study each section of it until you discover that VP is a game where the odds are knowable. Unlike regular slots where the house advantage is unknown, VP odds are displayed in the pay table if you know what to look for. Study, learn, listen to helpful advice on this website, join us searchers, or feed the beast.

I haven't seen many of the paytables the Wizard of Odds listed. I assume they were on non-IGT machines.
